I wish I had more time to tell you about the wonderful Independence day I had with my husband and friends, but sadly I head on a plane soon for a flight to Albuquerque for another wedding Saturday. So, here is a quickie picture of the pie I made. I found it on Pintrest and well made it with strawberries instead of the called for cherries…hopefully I’ll get an actual recipe up for you next week. But in the mean time you can look at the yumminess. 🙂
