Make Your Intentions
Start with this 4 min video (below)
Using a journal or taking time on a walk, or doing a mindless task, imagine yourself 30 days from now. You’ve been dedicated but also human.
(P.S. If you’re not a journaler, focus on this while you take a walk or move somehow today; we want to add body movement or visual elements into your intention setting.)
Time needed: 15 minutes
What Excites You?
Start a ✍️list on your phone or a journal of everything that excites you to get out of bed in the morning? I’m talking excitement like butterflies🦋 in your belly, smiles☺️, or full belly breaths just thinking about it. We’ll dive into this energy in the live class, so catch the reply (which I’ll post here!)
Then share some ideas in our WhatsApp community chat or, with me on IG or email me!

Today, I step into my wild, weird self knowing that when I give permission to my uniqueness, I give others permission to be themselves.

Listen to this 8-minute talk about how our bodies never lie
Spend time with the ideas about ways your body has been speaking to you.

Create a go-to list of your favorite ways to rest that aren’t just numbing out. Then place this list somewhere, and you’ll see it. Next time you want to numb out to restore yourself, try something new on your list! Sometimes, we don’t reach for the healthy things in our lives because we forget they exist. I love having lists around so that I can easily see them and get inspired!
Here are some of my favorite restful activities that aren’t numbing out.
Share yours in our WhatsApp community chat or with me on IG.

Sun whore it up or at least lay under a tree. Say what? I mean, get nude (if it feels/ is safe for you, honor you, darlin’) and go lay in the sun or under a tree. There is so much beauty in just letting yourself be witnessed in your raw, beautiful safe. Here’s a little 2 minute pep talk (below) to get you going!
