DONâT SKIP THIS ONE! I know it will be easy to breeze over this, but donât skip it.Â
Hereâs a quick 2 min pep talk to get you started!Â
Today, I want you to plan a solo adventure/trip. Go do something youâve always wanted to do; it could be as simple as a coffee date alone (yes, no children, no friends, go be with your beautiful self) or as grand as a trip some place on your bucket list.Â
Then, write down exactly what you want to happen.Â
Do you want to meet the love of your life, a new friend, a wise acquaintance? Do you want to experience beauty that makes your jaw drop to the floor? Anything, write it down.Â
Next, let it all go, forget about your intentions, bury it somewhere you wonât find it, or place it in an envelope where you wonât see it or open it until you get back from your adventure.Â
Finally, plan what you want to wear, something that makes you feel soo good, and exactly yourself. Not what youâve been told you look good in, but what makes you feel sooo good.Â
Go do it!!!! And then please, please share with us about your adventure, because it really does inspire us all.
Chat in our WhatsApp community chat or with me on IG or email me!Â

Feeling Your Truth & Lies
Have you ever played that game two truths and a lie? Itâs where, in a new group of people, you share two truths and lie. You can mix the order: the wilder, the better, and then people enjoy the laughter at what is actually true.Â
Except this time weâre going to practice this with yourself. I want you to really feel what it feels like to lie to yourself.Â
Here is a 3 min talk to get you pumped!Â
Practice in a mirror, talking to a friend or family member.Â
Then I want you to pay attention to how telling the truth feels in your body and how telling a lie feels in your body.Â
What did you notice? How can this help you continue to keep telling the bold brave truth in your life and living from that?

Start with this 4 minute talkÂ
That thing that youâre really envious about and the true desire behind it (not the surface one) find a way to give that to yourself, or write about how youâre making a plan to give that to yourself. Use your imagination to play into this.Â
For example with the beach house we can even use our imagination to go to a beach house and imagine what we might do there, what it would feel like. Then we find our body is generating the same feelings we wanted from that experience in the first place. Not that you cannot go give yourself the beach house experience too.
Ideally you want to discover you can give yourself exactly what you want and may times what we want is the feelings and experiences of something not the thing itself.

Before you begin, I’d like you to create a voice memo or a 1-5 minute journal session to answer this question: How can I feel worthy of receiving a beautiful life? On a scale of 1-10, am I living in a state of abundance where everything that emanates from me is rooted in abundance rather than fear or lack? Why?
I want you to go find roses, perhaps from your neighbors’ or your mom’s yard. Ideally, it’s best to ask if you can take two dying flowers as well. Please ensure they are pesticide-free; if you’re buying them, double-check. Another option is to post on social media in your neighborhood to find two roses to collect, preferably by plucking them yourself.
Enjoy the process of gathering these delicate petals; perhaps bring your best friend along!
As you pluck them, ideally from the bush, express gratitude to these beautiful blossoms for growing so stunningly. Hold them as if they were the most cherished pieces of artwork ever created.
Place them in your purse or pocket. If little bug buddies join in, consider them more friends – sometimes, friends come along unexpectedly. If you’ve been seeking more companionship to combat loneliness, here you go!
However, we don’t necessarily want to keep all the friends we make, just the ones aligned with us. So, rinse those buddies off in the sink (it’s a metaphor for life, okay!). Pat your petals dry.
Then, request 20 minutes alone time. Turn on the tub or fill a large bowl if you don’t have a tub, and add those petals along with Epsom salt, bath salts, or baking soda.
Put on some music, bring out your journal, light some candles, lock the door – do whatever you need to make this alone time with rose petals feel magical.
Slide into the bath (or just soak your feet if you only have a bowl)!
ENJOY! Play with the petals like you’re a child. Observe where they stick to you. Take some selfies for your future enjoyment or share them with your partner or beloved (who wouldn’t appreciate that?). Heck, send me photos of your adorable toes with roses; I’d love to see them too (always ensure consent, darling).
If you like, try meditating to open up to receiving beautiful messages from this plant. Who said plant medicine had to make you feel queasy or trippy? This is also a form of plant medicine.
Write down your experience or leave yourself a voice memo to reflect on it later.
Before draining your tub or emptying your bowl, ensure you remove all the petals. Ideally, use the rose water to nourish tomato plants or your garden.
How did it feel to pamper yourself with roses?
If you have the time, lay all the petals on your bare skin in the sunshine (in a safe, private place, of course). Or place a petal on your forehead, heart, or elbow as you bask in the sun. You can make this as wild as you want.
When you’re done with your rose petals, either lay them near a tomato plant or garden to return them to the earth, or dry them in the sun for 2-4 days and crush them into tea leaves to drink. Again, use the tea leftovers in the garden or compost.
To conclude your Rose Challenge, take another 1-5 minutes to reanswer the initial questions: How can I feel worthy of receiving a beautiful life? On a scale of 1-10, am I living in a state of abundance, where everything that emanates from me is rooted in abundance rather than fear or lack? Why?
Do you feel like the rose somehow connected with you during this experience?
