Yoga Nidra sacred circle script was created based on an idea I had to help shift past the hard things in life and give space to listen to inner wisdom. This 40 minute guided mediation will help you see how easily our minds and bodies can shift and give space for your consciousness to plant whatever affirmation you desire on your heart.  This script is designed for Yoga Nidra practitioners who have tried some of our Yoga Nidra classes before as the techniques to drop in are for someone with experience in Yoga Nidra. Yoga mat: I love my cork yoga mat as its hypoallergenic, environmentally friendly, sustainably made and self cleaning!

Yoga Bolster

Yoga Bolster:  this under your knees makes for some great low back relief, although not required for Yoga Nidra it’s also a great tool to have for restorative yoga (feel free to save our yoga for adrenal fatigue a restorative flow for later!)

Blanket

Blanket: While you don’t need a blanket it cooler climates it helps to make sure the body is warm but not too warm you fall asleep. I personally love my hand woven blanket from Ireland. I also love these alpaca blankets on Etsy!
